Order Adjustments or Cancellations.
Once your order has been placed and processing has begun in our fulfillment center, adjustments or cancellations can be made in your account until the brand accepts the order. Please double-check that the selected items and shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

Return Policy.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your tracking number. After this period, returns will no longer be possible.

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, in the original packaging with all attached tags. Returns should be shipped within 5 days of initiating the return request.
• We are not responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return.
The following categories are non-returnable (except in cases of manufacturing defects):

• Pre-orders, “1of1” items, and tailor-made items.
• Shoes and accessories must be returned with original boxes and dust bags (if provided) and placed in protective packaging.
• Hosiery, underwear, and swimwear are accepted only with attached hygiene seals and in unopened packaging, where applicable.
• Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all original brand packaging.

Return Processing Procedure.
After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. The refund amount excludes shipping costs, and a processing fee will be deducted.

Disclaimer.
Frequent returns or suspicious activity may be flagged by our system. In the case of misuse or unusual activity, we reserve the right to cancel or decline current and future orders and returns.

If you used a web proxy when placing your order, we are not responsible for any resulting errors, such as incorrect shipping addresses or contact names.

Once the order leaves the brand’s warehouse, the courier service becomes responsible for delivery and delivery timelines.

The cost and delivery time depend on the buyer’s and seller’s locations. Available delivery options and costs will be displayed during checkout.
