We provide all the necessary tools to help brands and designers easily manage orders, interact with their audience, and promote their products.
ORDERS, PAYMENT & DELIVERY
All orders go through GRANHETL and are processed on our website: brands ship orders directly to customers, while we oversee the process, provide status updates, and ensure that every order reaches its buyer anywhere in the world.
• To place an order, select the desired item, choose the size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
• Payment can be made via bank cards and other available methods depending on your region. All transactions are processed through secure payment systems to ensure safety.
• After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation notification and can track the order status in their personal account.
Delivery times and costs depend on the brand and the recipient’s country. Each brand may have its own shipping terms and courier services. You can check the delivery details on the product page before making a purchase.

Adjusting or cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, changes or cancellations may be made in the user's personal account before the order is accepted by the brand. Make sure that the selected products and shipping information are correct before confirming the order.
Returns policy
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, no refunds will be possible
  • Condition of goods: Returned goods must be in perfect, unworn condition, in original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be sent within 7 days of the return request.
  • We are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Exemptions from refunds
The following categories of goods are not eligible for return (unless manufacturing defects are found):
  • Pre-orders, 1of1 items, and tailor-made items.
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and dust bags (if provided), placed in protective packaging.
  • Hosiery, underwear and swimwear will only be accepted with hygienic seals and unopened packaging, if applicable.
  • Jewellery will be accepted in the condition in which it was delivered, including the original branded packaging.
Return processing procedure
Once your return has been received and verified, please expect 5-7 business days to process your refund. The refund amount does not include shipping charges and a handling fee will be deducted.

Frequent returns or suspicious activity may be flagged by the system. If abuse or unusual activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel or reject current and future orders and returns.
If you used a web proxy to place your order, we are not responsible for any errors that occur, such as an incorrect delivery address or contact name.

DELIVERY POLICY
Order processing
GRANHETL does not ship or deliver goods in-house. The dispatch and delivery of any goods on our site purchased by the buyer is carried out by the sellers (Brands).
All orders placed on granhetl.com will be processed and dispatched within the specified time frame on each item card from the date of purchase. The shipping dates on each item card are set by the sellers and may differ from other item cards. (Shipping dates may vary slightly from those stated on the product cards, but we do our best to keep them accurate).
After payment, all order statuses will be displayed in your personal account and you will receive an email with tracking information.
Once the order leaves the brands warehouse, the courier service becomes responsible for delivery and delivery times.
The cost and delivery times are directly dependent on the location of the users and the location of the sellers. Available options and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
