Adjusting or cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, changes or cancellations may be made in the user's personal account before the order is accepted by the brand. Make sure that the selected products and shipping information are correct before confirming the order.
Returns policy
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, no refunds will be possible
- Condition of goods: Returned goods must be in perfect, unworn condition, in original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be sent within 7 days of the return request.
- We are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Exemptions from refunds
The following categories of goods are not eligible for return (unless manufacturing defects are found):
- Pre-orders, 1of1 items, and tailor-made items.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and dust bags (if provided), placed in protective packaging.
- Hosiery, underwear and swimwear will only be accepted with hygienic seals and unopened packaging, if applicable.
- Jewellery will be accepted in the condition in which it was delivered, including the original branded packaging.
Return processing procedure
Once your return has been received and verified, please expect 5-7 business days to process your refund. The refund amount does not include shipping charges and a handling fee will be deducted.

Frequent returns or suspicious activity may be flagged by the system. If abuse or unusual activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel or reject current and future orders and returns.
If you used a web proxy to place your order, we are not responsible for any errors that occur, such as an incorrect delivery address or contact name.
